История вдогонку прошедшему празднику или особенности национальных... Ну, вообщем, еду я за пару дней до дня Святого Валентина в метро. Взгляд лениво скользит по вагону, по лицам пассажиров... и вдруг я просто выпадаю в осадок. Полный. Ментальный коллапс. Реальность восприятия встает под вопрос почище чем в прозе Кортасара. Ибо передо мной красуется следующая реклама. Она, конечно, вся на шведском - кроме заголовка - но понять нетрудно. Особенно со знанием английского:

Nu även i choklad!

Пока рассудок силится это переварить ("...новая, шоколадная, версия!"), взгляд поднимается чуть повыше - и тут мой громкий смех начинает сотрясать весь вагон. Поскольку эту рекламу оказывается предваряла фраза: "Мы свой купили, а вы..? Идеальный подарок на день Святого Валентина!"

О, да. :)

And to see this smack in the middle of the Stockholm T-bana, too.
Truly, in such matters Sweden is leagues ahead of England, which still retains some vestiges of good taste. ;)
BTW, I guess should translate a certain bit from the Russian text of the posting above. You see, the funniest bit is that the above-mentioned ad was accompanied by the following slogan: "Vi askar - gör du? Alla hjärtans dag 14/2!" :).

Say, Nini, are you still living in Sweden, nowdays?
If so, I think it would be really silly for me to leave Sweden next year without us actually having met up in real life.
